I love this book - it is simply wonderful. I have made cake after cake and as long as you follow the recipes you really cannot go wrong. Would be excellent for youngsters who are just beginning to learn how to bake, it would give them the confidence to go onto much more complicated baking. I have also saved a fortune by making the tray bake recipes, they taste lovely and cost a fraction of what I would pay in the shops.
