A few days ago, I visited the farmers market close to my house and got some really fresh fruits and vegetables, which I’ve been feasting on lately.

This galia melon smoothie is just ideal for everyone because galia melon, which is also known as sarda has been revealed to be an excellent source of vitamin C, pectin, dietary fiber, vitamin A, iron, potassium, carotenoids, calcium and bioflavonoids.
To get this smoothie ready, all you need to do is just to peel the galia melon, remove the inner seeds, cut into pieces then add in a blender with reasonable amount of water and blend until smooth.
