Spinach With Mushroom Soup

Spinach With Mushroom Soup

spinach
Just a brief post today.... Although brief, yet it has to do with one of the healthiest recipe... spinach soup! Recently I have realised that one of my favourite ways of  making spinach soup is with mushroom. Mushroom is a fleshy, spore-bearing body of a fungus produced on the surface of the soil or on a food source.
Mushrooms are low in calorie and can be eaten raw or cooked. They are also an excellent source of niacin, B vitamins, phosphorus, riboflavin, potassium, pantothenic acid, minerals, selenium and copper.
Likewise, spinach is highly nutritional and can be used frozen, fresh, boiled or steamed. It is a rich source of manganese, vitamin A, magnesium, vitamin C, iron, vitamin K and folate.
If you think that spinach soup with just mushroom sounds boring, then think again. Cooking them together brings out all the natural flavour you desire in a soup. Honestly spinach soup with mushroom is super delicious and highly nutritional. I use assorted meat with fish and fresh tomatoes to boost the taste. Try out this recipe yourself and you will surely enjoy it.
