Croissant is of French origin however, many countries are now enjoying this flaky pastry as a continental breakfast. This croissant turned out super buttery and flaky and absolutely the way I love it. I chose flaky almonds and sliced strawberries for the topping and I believe I selected a perfect combination as it was so delicious.
In acknowledgement of the biblical Jewish holiday celebrated on every 15th day of the month of Tishrei known as Sukkot, Feast of Booths or Feast of Tabernacles, I present this special challah bread to all my Jewish friends.
Just a hearty, warmly and yet a super healthy dish to welcome everyone into the month of September! This yam and vegetable (ji akwukwo nri) is just spot on and I urge you to give it a try!!!
