HFB 3: The Congelato With Karen & Steffanos

Congelato is  a portable food product that keeps your moveable feast cold without electricity or ice for hours. It is made of  base which retains the ice packs that chill the stainless steel pans from all five sides with a clear plastic dome.


Flipped over those same ice packs support and chill the slate tray so your sushi, chocolates, cheese, cold cuts, anything really will stay fresh, safe and won’t stick.


We also discussed about Gelateria recipes and what it takes to run a successful business.
