Chicken wings recipe is a selection of chicken wings  which is unbreaded but coated in  pepper hot sauce and deep fried.
They are usually served hot with  fried chips and dippings.
It is optional to serve this recipe with rice dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 2 tsps. of vegetable oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsb. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 diced garlic and ginger
  • 1 tbs. of dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Wash and season the chicken wings with lemon juice, dijon mustard, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Preheat grill or oven and oil the grill plate.
  3. Place the chicken wings on the grill plate and allow to grill until juicy and golden brown.
  4. Ensure to turn the chicken occasionally so that both sides will be properly grilled.
  5. Bring out from fire and serve warm, hot or cold.
  6. It is optional to serve the chicken wings with fried chips and rice dish.
