Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 2 tsps. of vegetable oil
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsb. fresh lemon juice
- 1 diced garlic and ginger
- 1 tbs. of dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Wash and season the chicken wings with lemon juice, dijon mustard, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, pepper and salt to taste.
- Preheat grill or oven and oil the grill plate.
- Place the chicken wings on the grill plate and allow to grill until juicy and golden brown.
- Ensure to turn the chicken occasionally so that both sides will be properly grilled.
- Bring out from fire and serve warm, hot or cold.
- It is optional to serve the chicken wings with fried chips and rice dish.
