To process pistachio milk, you need only two ingredients, pistachios and water. Although it is optional to add any sweetener of your choice. But for this recipe, I have used only pistachio and water. 2 cups of pistachios and 1500ml water precisely.
Steps to follow:
Soak the pistachios in water overnight.
On the next day, wash the pistachios thoroughly.
Add the pistachios to a blender, pour in the 1500ml water, secure the blender and then blend until smooth.
Pour the blended pistachio into a muslin bag, secure the bag and then squeeze out the milk into a clean container.
Pour the freshly made pistachio milk into a jug, refrigerate the milk and serve as desired.
Use the refrigerated milk within 4 - 7 days.
