Coleslaw is a salad made of thinly cut, carrots, onions and raw cabbage.
It is often dressed with a mayonnaise or salad dressing.
It is ideal to place coleslaw in the refrigerator after preparation to retain it's freshness.
Coleslaw is usually served as a side dish for salads and main meals such as fried chicken, potato chips and barbecued meats.
It is very easy to prepare, less time consuming and requires no cooking.

Ingredients:
- 1 sliced boiled egg
- 1/2 thinly cut or grated cabbage
- 3 tbsps. mayonnaise
- 1/2 dijon mustard seeds
- 1 thinly cut carrots
- 1 thinly cut onion
- 3 tbsps. yogurt
Instructions:
- Wash and drain all the vegetables of excess water in a sieve.
- Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard in a clean bowl.
- Add the vegetables, the dressing and egg together and turn very well.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
