Start off the day with a 2 mins breakfast that is made up of freshly prepared cup of lipton tea and blueberry muffin. Sounds quickie and easy to fix and yes it is.
So if that's the case, why still bother over what breakfast will look like very early in the morning when you are just rushing off to work. Don't hurry-up your breakfast down your oesophagus, probably because you spent a greater part of your morning fixing breakfast. That should't be the case, rather just wake up to a freshly made cup of tea and a tasty snack to accompany it.
BTW, make sure that you already baked some blueberry muffins at your convenience or grab some already baked ones from the supermarket. Honestly, there's no other better way to comfortably enjoy and relax over your breakfast than getting everything needed for the following morning ready. By this way, no more early morning tensions.
Remember, don't skip breakfasts! Breakfast is the main meal of the day as it gets the body ready to face the day's activities.
