One of my easiest recipes is; one, two or multiple fruits blended together to form not only a refreshing smoothie but also a healthy drink to freshen up my body system. This happens to me almost every time and it overly keeps me excited, freshened and energized. I usually make strawberry and blueberry smoothie because both I like both fruits quite a lot. Since pairing both strawberries and blueberries makes a perfect combination then I can tell you for sure that this is an ideal smoothie for you.

As you may have noticed, I really love smoothies and I will keep loving it. Being that it is such an easiest way of eating assorted fruits at the same as well as assimilating as many nutrients as possible into the body system is just spot on. The fruits really paired up so well for such a refreshing and appetizing smoothie to behold. While I don't have any favorite fruit, nothing says more FRUITIER like a freshly made smoothie!

Besides, I don't usually add sugar or sweeteners to my smoothies, I prefer it sugar-free. But if you want yours to be sweetened, then you are 100% free to add either sugar, honey or maple syrup. It is totally up to you to decide the taste of your smoothie and how the consistency will be. Just go for what you really enjoy!!!

Moreover, this is one of the simplest recipe you can ever think of in the sense that all you just need to do is to throw all the fruits into the blender, add few drops of water and then allow the blender to finish off the remaining task. The only thing you need to do is to get all the ingredients ready and then pop them into the blender to blend up a really refreshing drink.

This smoothie recipe couldn't have been any easier than it is. Just blend up the fruits together and that's it.
