I'm always searching for new ways of remodelling some of my favourite recipes. They are my favourites not just for favouritism sake but for a reason. I think it is always fun to incorporate some new twists into certain recipes just to ascertain if I can come up with something even far better. This beetroot powder, banana, pear, pineapple smoothie falls into this group of recipes. The combination of a hint of beetroot powder, the aromatic flavour from the vanilla, with the sweetness from the pitted dates made this recipe a winner. Another great smoothie recipe for the archives. I've mentioned this before in my previous posts, but I'll still re-iterate it again, fruit smoothies are one of my all-time favourites. I have tons of amazing smoothie recipes here on my blog, but there is always room to include many more, isn't it?
All these recipes are all delicious in their own ways and they are usually so easy to put together. The beetroot powder actually gave the smoothie a slightly different flavour and colour and it turned out so nice. The perfect recipe to try when you want to add a bit of a twist to your smoothie! If you think that this smoothie will be absolutely huge for you, then simply cut back on the quantities of fruits and the rest of the add-ins. Whatever quantity you decide upon, the smoothie will still turn out well. Fixing this recipe also takes less time to accomplish. It is a simple recipe that you can make not just for yourself but your family members and even friends. The beetroot powder is not a prerequisite though so if you don't have it around, or you don't like the taste of beetroot, simply leave the powder out! Another key step to enjoying a perfect smoothie is by having it freshly made.
Once you have completed the task of fixing the smoothie, immediately grab your glass, pour in the quantity you can finish at a time and relax over it. You can equally chill it in the fridge before serving but personally, I prefer serving mine immediately without refrigerating. Anyways, give yourself some really nice treat and keep making that body of yours remain as healthy as you envisage. Stay safe!
