Most time, I find it difficult to come up with a quick and balanced breakfast. I take varieties of energy giving food which powers my body system for the rest of the day.
By the above statement, I mean that breakfast is the main meal of the day! Even if you miss your lunch or dinner, endeavor not to skip breakfast as it is very important for the well being of the body.
I sparingly eat bread, but whenever I decide to eat one, I ensure it is balanced with omelet and vegetables.
It’s not like the normal lunch when you can eat any type of food you like and call it good.
All you need to do to fix a quick breakfast is to take few pieces of bread, then make an omelet with fresh tomatoes and any other vegetable of choice.
As easy as that!
