Scotch egg comprises of boiled egg wrapped in bread crumbs and baked in an oven or fried.
Scotch eggs are popularly used for snacks or during picnics for special treats.
In the United Kingdom, scotch eggs are often purchased from the supermarkets, shops and motorway stations.
However, homemade scotch eggs are far better than the purchased versions as one has more control over the condiments used.
I always enjoy making scotch eggs when my friends are coming over to a park for relaxation and drinks.
