Tomato Sauce Fusilli With Vegetables is just a perfect warmer dish for everyone. It is very easy to prepare and ready in minutes.
It is optional to choose from various sauces, but in this recipe, I decided to garnish the fusilli with tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
- 4 Mushrooms
- 1 Onion bulb
- Salt to taste
- 1 packet fusilli
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 chilli pepper
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 cucumber
- 1 stock cube
- 1/2 tsb. chives
- 2 tsps. olive oil
- 1/2 tsb. curry powder
Instructions:
- Slice all the vegetables and set aside.
- Add fusilli in a pot, add boiling water and parboil for 10 mins.
- Wash off the starchy water from the fusilli, add few drops of boiling water, salt and olive then cook until tender.
- Add olive in a saucepan and slightly heat up.
- Stir in the onions for 2 mins, then add the tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, chives, chilli pepper, curry powder and salt to taste.
- Stir the sauce continuously to avoid getting burnt for at least 5 mins.
- Add few drops of water and allow to cook for another 2 mins before bringing down from fire.
- Serve fusilli with the yummy tomato sauce, garnished with diced cucumbers and bell peppers.
