The ideal method of making a brioche is to make the dough using flour, eggs, butter, milk, water, cream, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Then leave it in the fridge to rise, push the dough down and allow it to rise again for many times.
Egg salad on brioche is a very common snack in the Western World.
It makes a perfect breakfast and saves time in preparation.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- 2 fried or cooked eggs
- 1 sliced onion
- 4 slices brioche bread
- 4 fresh lettuce leaves
- 8 tomato slices
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 sliced cucumber.
Instructions:
- Whisk and season eggs then fry (set aside) or boil eggs, peel and chop into tiny bits.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, onion, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika.
- Cut brioche into halves and layer lettuce, eggs, cucumber, tomato slices and salad dressing on top of the bread
- Season to taste and use the second half to cover the bread.
- Serve as desired.
