broiche (1)
Brioche is a bread of French origin.
It is highly enriched with egg and butter which give it a soft and rich taste.
Brioche is usually made with fruit or chocolate chips and served as a pastry.
It  is normally eaten with tea, as a snack or dessert.
The ideal method of making a brioche is to make the dough using flour, eggs, butter, milk, water, cream, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Then leave it in the fridge to rise, push the dough down and allow it to rise again for many times.
Egg salad on brioche is a very common snack in the Western World.
It makes a perfect breakfast and saves time in preparation.
