Homemade pizza is one of my treasured snacks. Although I enjoy making  traditional pizzas with grated cheese, self-raising flour, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, I also enjoy making homemade pizzas as a perfect means of using up some of my  leftover vegetables in the kitchen.
However this time around, I never used leftovers...... I went for fresh--ii--ee--sss!!! I used fresh corned beef, assorted vegetables, olives/olive oil, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.

It is up to you to top your pizza with any edible item of choice and the end product is absolutely delicious and super yummy! This time around, although I made a large pizza with a large pizza tray, I also complimented it with a smaller pizza dough which I also added similar toppings.
You might ask me why double pizzas, but I can assure you that I prefer making it in large quantity, store in the freezer and conveniently use it anytime I need it. It is also convenient for me to pack it as a lunch snack for work.
The steps involve  making dough, rolling out dough on a flat surface with a rolling pin, then forming a pizza base on a pizza tray before topping with ingredients of choice.
I prefer placing the pizza base in a preheated oven for at least 5 mins before topping with ingredients so as to get a sort of crunchy taste from the pizza.
Then afterwards, I spread both the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on the pizza before adding other ingredients.
