- 2 fresh sweet corns
- 1 coconut
- Heat up the charcoal fire or grill then place the sweet corns over the heat to roast.
- Meanwhile break the coconut and set aside.
- Once the sweet corns are properly roasted and golden color in appearance, bring out from heat.
- Serve the roasted sweet corns with coconut.
