Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs.
- 1/2 pack of potato chips.
- Vegetable oil.
- 2 stalk asparagus.
- 1/2 cabbage roughly diced.
- 1 sliced cucumber.
- 2 sliced fresh tomatoes.
- 1 cup of broccoli florets.
- Salt.
- 3 red, green and yellow bell pepper.
- 3 radishes.
- 1 celery stalk.
Instructions:
- Season the chicken thigh and grill in an oven under 150-200oC until golden brown.
- While the chicken is in the oven, salt the potato chips and fry with a deep fryer (set aside).
- Wash and cut all the salad veggies (set aside)
- Once chicken is grilled, bring out from oven.
- Serve the chips garnished with chicken, salad and mayonnaise.
