Salmon are anadromous in nature being that they migrate to rivers from the sea to deposit their eggs. Their young ones are reproduced in fresh water where they spend few times before migrating to the deep ocean to live. Most popular species of salmon include; genus Salmo, Oncorhynchus and they usually feed on crustaceans, insects and fishes.
