BEANS WITH VEGETABLES SAUCE

BEANS WITH VEGETABLES SAUCE

I pretty eat many vegetables every day! I can stir fry just about every vegetable I have close by for an amazing and delicious outcome. I love carrots, spinach, cabbage, fluted pumpkin leaves, parsnip, tomatoesbroccoli - just anything veggie! List them! While I love 'em' all and would never select a favourite out of 'em all, I always have issues with choosing a favourite recipe since all my veggie recipes are just spot on. Believe you me, my veggie sauce recipes will always have a distinctive place in my heart. Well, I can't really say exactly what it is about the smell of vegetables cooking on the cooker that is so captivating. Each time I perceive the aroma oozing out from the saucepan, I want to end whatever task I'm tackling at the moment just to eat.
Yesterday, I decided to stop over at the farmers market and pick up some fresh vegetables. I have never been to the farmers market for a couple of weeks now so I decided to go pay them a quick visit. I enjoy buying my vegetables and fruits local as it is my own little way of supporting the farmers in my community. On getting home, I thought it right to quickly get this beans and vegetable sauce recipe out there for you to enjoy as well.
The recipe is pretty easy to follow and you can never go wrong with the final outcome. The only part of this recipe that is a bit time consuming is cooking the beans, which can take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour except if you are using a pressure cooker. Give the recipe a try and please feel free to share your own vegetable recipes with us.
